TAUMARUNUI, December 6.
Charitane was scratched for all engagements at Taumarunui at 4.30 p.m. yesterday. Shining Armour was scratched for the Cup at 11.30 this morning. The following were scratched for all engagements on the first day at Woodville: Vertigern, Merry Damon and Vivo.
