Sailed at 11.50 p.m. on October 2, Balls Head, for Greymouth.. LONDON, October 2. Sailed: From Balboa, Karamea; from Quebec, Wirral. SHIPPING NOTES. The Kaimai sails to-morrow for Wellington, with coal and timber. The Kaituna is expected to leave on Friday with timber for Australia. The Kaiapoi leaves Wellington on Thursday for Greymouth to load coal for return. The Balls Head was to leave Auckwhei'e she is to load coal for return. The Kanna is due on Thursday from Westport, to load coal for Wellington and Napier.

The Regulus returns from Wellington on Tuesday, via Nelson and Westport, with general cargo. She is to load coal for Picton.

The Orepuki is due from Onehunga on Friday, to load coal "for Nelson.

The departure of the Tees with tim/ber for Wellington and Waikokupu is' delayed until to-morrow. The Putiki, from Milford Sound, arrived in th© roadstead this afternoon, and will enter port this evening, if weather conditions are favourable.
