Doeg defeated Collins 0/6, 6/4, 6/4; Berkley Bell and ' Vanryn defeated Gregory and Higgs 6/3, 6/1, 6/1; Austin defeated Keith Gledhill (Santa Barbara) 7/5, 6/4, Bell defeated Godfrey 9/7, 4/6, 6/4, Vanryn defeated Higgs 6/2, 6/2. Collins and Austin defeated Doeg and Keith Gledhill (Santabarbara) 6/3, 6/4, 6/4.
