(United Service.) (By Cable—Press Assn.—Copyright.)

LONDON, .September 28.

The possibility that a million, years hence, the moon may collide with the earth, destroying all life, was visualised by Sii' Oliver Lodge in an address on the history of the moon. He explained that forces were working in the moon causing it to return to”the earth, whereof it was once a part.
