PURSUANT to the Coal-mines Act, 1925, the undersigned ROBERT MARSHALL, MURRAY FOWLER, SAMUEL PERRY and ROBERT SHORT, all of Twelve Mile; WILLIAM PAGE, JAMES O’DONNELL JOHN DREW, of Runanga, and DANIEL McAULEY, of Greymouth, all coal-miners, hereby apply fc/r a coal lease in respect of the following land: —All that piece of land situated in Block 11., Te Miko Survey District, containing 16 acres 3 roods (more or less), bounded as follow: — Commencing at the north eastern corner of Coal Lease No. 109/25, running thence easterly 8.1 chains on a bearing of 91 deg. 15min.; thence southerly 20.3 chains on a bearing of 358 deg. 15min.; thence westerly 8.35 chains on a bearing of SSdeg. 45min.; thence northerly along the eastern boundary of the said Coal Lease No. 109/25 20.6 chains on a bearing 359 deg., to the commencing point as shown on the locality plan filed herewith. Area applied for: 16 acres 3 roods. Th said land is Greymouth Harbour Board Coal Reserve.
