HUNGARY AND ROUMANIA. (Australian & N.Z. Cabre Association.) GENEVA, March 9. The Council was all day long occupied .with the dispute regarding claims of Hungarian landowners in Transylvania against the Roumanian Government. A long oratorical duel between M. Titulescu and M. Apponyi was fruitless. The Council will possibly suggest a solution to-day. SPAIN’S RE-ENTRY. MADRID, March 9. Primo De Rivera, after a Cabinet meeting, said: “We learned with pleasure that the League Council raisthe question of Spain’s return to Geneva. We are pleased that Spain should be considered a-useful member of the League.” INVITATION TO TURKEY. GENEVA, March 9. The League Council has invited Turkey to attend the Preparatory Disarmament Commission.
