In rejecting an application for ah adjournment to enable Mr. Dickson to put forward legal argument, Mr. M’Kean said that no legal/ issue was involved.

Mr. M’Kean: I see no reason fbr granting time in view of the evidence that has been given. The default is two months’ imprisonment. Security for appeal was fixed at £2O. LICENSE 'SUSPENDED.
