LONDON, November 24. In the Commons, Sir Kingsley Wood, in answer to a. question, said the recipients of Poor Law Relief im England and Wales per thousand of the population in 1924 were 27.33, in 1925 32.9, in 1926 29.8. Mr Baldwin told Mr Ramsay MacDonald that the committee stage of the Unemployment Insurance Bill must be continued on Monday and Tuesday. Whether the coal censure motioh could be taken on November 30 depended upon the passage of the Bill. • . .
