Tn the final of the French women’s golf championship, Alademoiselle Delachame beat Airs Johnston (England) 15 up and 14 to play. Airs Johnston did not win a single hole. BILLIARDS CONTROL. LONDON, June 24. The Billiards Control Council unanimously decided to limit the pendulum stroke, and instructed the rules committee to deliberate on the most satisfactory methods of-restricting it.
