' Bankrupt, in a statement, claimed that pressure by certain creditors had caused the restaurant business to be sold at a loss. Bankrupt’s total debts were £llOO. The Judge ordered him to pay’ £1 a -week to the Official Assignee until he had paid a sum sufficient to satisfy all .the preferential claims and pay a dividend of 5s in the £ to ordinary creditors.
