BERLIN, November 25
Herr Stresemann, through the Moderate Nationalists not voting, weathered two no-confidence motions moved by the Monarchists and the Communists.
The Reichstag then rejected a motion advocating the invalidation of the Dawes Agreement, and it also declined to consider motions urging the cancellation of the Locarno Pact, and of Germany’s League of Nations membership. The Reichstag agreed .to urge either the League of Nations or the Hague Court to consider the questio. of who was responsible for' the war.
