COLOGNE EVACUATED
GERMAN INDIFFERENCE. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.) (Received at 11 a.m.) BERLIN, Januarv 31. There was litle public interest in the final scene of the evacuation of the Cologne British General’s headquarers this afternoon. When the British flag, flying at the Excelsior Hotel, was lowered, a wistful hoc was raised by a few spectators, and the National Anthem was played. Ten minutes later, the red and white flag of Cologne was hoisted, and greeted by three feeble hochs. A few carnival streamers were displayed.
