LONDON, August 6. .Fascists received no sympathy from Mr. .. thq Marylebone magistrate, when they crowded into the Court to hear a charge against Pauline Taratooty (18), milliner, of having assaulteed Edward Herbert by biting him on the. shoulder and striking him in the eye. Herbert, who is a plumber, wore the Fascist costume. The magistrate said this was not a plumber’s costume, and ordered Herbert to “dress decently” when he came to Court. Evidence was given that Taratooty attacked.Herbert.when he was escorting. her from a Fascist meeting into which she.had forced, her,way. Taratooty said the Fascists had threatened to throw her’ downstairs.
