He was transferred, to Wellington, where he served as Chief Detective, returning to Christchurch with the rank of Sub-Inspector. ■, •Senior-Sergeant J. A. Hyland,- at present Stationed at Reefton, has been-trans- ■ feijred to St: Albany.- , Sergeant A.
