The sum of £25,000 is being allocated to the dividend and equalisaton, and. £26,000 to mine development. A sum of £10,947 is written off for depreciation and £17,816 carried forward. • An adjourned meeting of shareholders in the Waihi Grand Junction Goldmining Company at Auckland last week decided to form a committee tq consider carefully the qriestioii. of rais£ ing sufficient capital to explore and test the western section.
