N.S. WALES’S REPORT. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.) SYDNEY, March 24. At the annual meeting of the New South Wales Rugby Union, a highly satisfactor- report was presented, which showed that during the year a debit of £935 had been transformed to a credit of £lll6. The Canterbury Rugby Union last evening decided that the senior competition be run in two grades, players in both grades to be available for representative teams. Mr S. F.
