CHRISTCHURCH, November 8. , A match between Christchurch Boys’ High School and St Andrew’s College for the Heathen te-Williaffns cricket sliield was commenced to-day. rush school in their first innings made 275 (Morelock 70, Billcliff 32, Moffat 29, Hastie (not out) 68, Simes 33, and Aimstrong 18. Bagge took 3 for 73, Dowling 2 for 39, England 2 for 41, Alexander 2 for 8, -and Anderson 1 for 34. St). Andrews replied with 49 (eight being the highest individual score). Cronib took 5 for 34, Kearns 3 for 5, and Nadie 1 for 9. The match will resume to-morrow.
