THE SUN. The sun sets to-day at 6.55 p.m. ; rises! to-morrow at 4.32 a.m. WEATHER REPORT. Taken at Greymouth at 9 a.m. today—Wind, light; barometer, 29.98 ; thermometer, 57; tides, good; bar, slight swell. WEATHER FORECAST. From 9 a.m. to-day:— “The indications are for freshening northerly winds, strong to gale at times. The weather appears likely to be cloudy and unsettlel. Rain probable. Barometer falling. Sea consideraole and tides good.”
Last Quarter 2nd 8.19 a.m. New Moon 9th 2.57 a.m. First Quarter 15th 9.11 p.m. Full Moon 24th 12.28 a.m.
