MR BONAR LAW
BURIAL IN ABBEY. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association) LONDON, November 2. The cremation of the body of the late Air Bonar Law will take place in strict privacy to-morrow. The leaders of the political parties will be the pall bearers at the funeral at Westminster Abbey on Monday, when the Prince of Wales will represent King George. All the Dominions’ Premiers will be present, also the Ambassadors. A casket containing the ashes will be placed in a front chancel site. The grave will be between the first and second pillars on the south side of the nave, not far from the resting place of Livingstone and the Unknown Warrior. Air Clynes, Labour M.P., speaking at the luncheon to All’ R. AlacDonXld, said: “We feel the passing of Mr Bonar Law less as the passing of a political force than that of a dear personal friend.
