GREYMOUTH’S LIGHT LIST. When on Thursday next Mr Justice Adams takes his seat on the Greymouth Bench of the Supreme Court, it is likely that he will be entitled to the white gloxes that signify the. absence of any criminal charges in the district serious enough for the Court’s attention. So far, none have been listed. Only three civil cases are set down for hearing. They are :— Peter Mackenzie v. “The Grey River Argus,” alleged libel. Williams and Herlihy v. Francis John ston, specific performance. Warnes v. Lord, claim for possession.
