brinsmealTpiano CO. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association? Recd 9. 45 a.m. LONDON, March 23. A liquidator has been appointed for the Brinsmead Pianoforte Manufacturers Company, which was formed in 1916 with a capital of £lOO,OOO to acquire the business of the 'company formed~in 1899. The failure is attributed to losses in 1919-20, low output, and subsequent labour troubles. After the assets are realised there will still be £35,000 owing to second debentures and £23,000 to unsecured creditors.
