and light for the final race of the America Cup. The course was south-west by west-half-west fifteen miles out and in from the Ambrose lightship. During the first 3\our the boats luffed inshore.
At 1.50 the yachts gilapd for the mark and the Resolute slipped into +he lead. Received this day at 10.20 a\m. VANCOUVER, July 26. Sir T. Liptoil has received good wishes from British residents in Tasmania. Samoa and Fiji. The Shamrock started at 12 30.29 and the Resolute at 12 31.25.
