THE PEACE TREATY.
WAITING FOR WILSON. THE ADRIATIC*PROBLEM. (Australian and N. L. Cable Association.^ LONDON, February 25. The Supreme Council has considered President Wilson’s reply regarding end Adriatic, and has agreed not to announce the provisional resolutions m reference to the Turkish peace until they are able to publish the .complete terms of settlement. It is expected that the present conference will terminate at the week-end. It is hoped to settle the Turkish Treaty in principle before the Council breaks up;'but, if necessary, the details will be delegated to the Ambassadors’ Council. THE ADRIATIC QUESTION. PRESIDENT ATTACKED. WASHINGTON, February 28. Senator Kelly, speaking in the Senate, made a hot attack on President Wilson for his’ interference in the Adriatic settlement. He declared that the United States was not qualified to dictate in a matter to which she was a party.
