COBDEN BRIDGE.

(lo the Editor.) Sir, —As I passed over Gooden bridge to-day 1 noticed that a start has been made to erect the outer passage way for pedestrians. 1 note, however, that the said side-walk will, when finished, be too narrow for two gocarts to jiass one another. If this is so, Sir, it will be necessary for women with prams to use the main roadway, and I consider the authorities responsible should “get busy” and see that the- new foot-pathway is made wide enough for all purposes before it is too late to make tho necessary alterations. Trusting that the matter will receive immediate attention. I am, etc.. COBDENITF.
