ROME, September 25. Turkey’s and Bulgaria’s replies to the Pope are similar in form and substance to the Austrian and , German. Vatican advices state that the Central powers' replies only partially correspond with the summaries sent to the Pope beforehand, notably the sections dealing with territorial problems. They have apparently been deleted before publication under military pressure. A Milan paper says that the Rope will shortly enquire verbally at Berlin b>r re plies to his proposals relating to Poland and Belgium, also Alsace and Lorraine.
