FAI.KEXHAYN'S PROBLEM. ' LONDON, Sept, 24. The "Daily Mail" states that General von Eal'kenhayn is at Aleppo. He plans to retake Baghdad, but the containing of the British army in Palestine and the transport difficulties are the chief problem. The Turkish army. is still formidable, and Russian aid from Persia, is unreliable.
GERMAN PLOTS.
THE CHARGES AGAINST COIIALAN. A DENIAL ISSUED. NEW YORK. Sept, 23. Mr. Justice Cohalan has issued a statement, denying that he sent any advice to Germany. He says that he did not know von Eigel. The "New York World," in an editorial, urges Mr. Cohalan \s removal from the Bench.
