CLOSING DAY SATURDAY. Tho playing season for members of llie above club is now drawing 1o a close The weather lias been all one could desire and matches have been played to time. The championships have just boon played- The doubles were won by Mrs Ma bin and Mrs Kemp. The championship singles wore won by Mi's McKay, Mrs Mabin lieiny runner-up. The Committee wish to thank all who have helped them with little functions in aid of our Soldiers' Sock Fund- With the proceeds of last "At Home" day and match fees added, more socks were bought and forwarded last week to Lady Liverpool Depot, Christrhurch.
