Arthur Cournbe pleaded not guilty to charges of allowing two horses to wander in Fox Street. Cobden, on February 26th. To a second charge or' allowing a filly to wander in Nelson Quay. Cobden, on March 4th, defendant pleaded not guilty. Constable Fryor said the filly was one o\ the offenders in the first charge.
