PRESENTATION OF GOLD CUP.
TO MR. D. 11. ROBERTS
Mr. D. 11. Roberts, of Greymouth, owner of Killjoy, winner of the Westland Racing Club's .Jubilee Cold Cup. was in llokitika on Thursday and was presented with the handsome trophy. The Cup is-a very worthy trophy id the event it was intended to mark in the history of the Club. Mr. Roberts was btrth pleased and proud to receive the Cup which is beautifully finished in every respect. It bears a complete record of Killjoy's line win, and will be a lasting memento of a very interesting event. Mr. Roberts expressed his thanks to the Club for providing so handsome a trophy, and wished the Club a]] possible sin (ess for the future.
