AN UNSUCCESSFUL APPEAL
TIMAItU, March 14
Before the Military Service Board at Waimate to-day, .\iiss (D!\) Cruickshank appealed on behalf of her chauffeur (a discharged navy man), as she could not drive the car. The man appealed as being of more service in his present employment. The appeal was msmissed the man being allowed till 10th April.
