WELLINGTON, This Day. At a special mooting at the Wellbi.u’tou branch ul‘ the Scallion's Union, the new aoTCciuont with the shipowners was explained and adopted. President Donovan stated that, in the course of twenty year;;, the Union had secured an increase cf ,£5 pci’ month, and in the past fourteen months had gained an increase of ,£-‘! per month.
