Rifat Bey has left Genova for Turkey, and Beduv'Bcy has left Constantinople tor Berlin owing ‘to reported differences between Turkey and Germany regarding the Mesopotamian losses. It is believed that the Turks arc holding Germany blameworthy, because the best Turkish troops have ‘boon sent to defend Anstro-Oer-many.
