Owing to some il.mbts as to me personnel oi i.he forthcu.ning War Coimcil, inquiries show that the meetings are likely to be conhned to the Prime Ministers, with the exception of New Zealand delegates, who wul attend the Cabinets as representing distinct parties in the ‘Dominion, Ail the overseas representatives, including the Indians, will attend an Imperial Conference distinct from the old Imperial Conference.
