Brown, five members of the 23rd Reinforcements, ;ire beinn tried by court-martial to-day on charges of insubordination, in that, while i ii'u-v mintaiy detention, they refused to work when ordered. The men formally pleaded not guilty, but admitted that they declined to work unless they received more food. The ease is proceeding. ,
