Mr. Candler, reporting from Mesopotamia, says, that; the losses of the Turks on the 15th included two briga-dier-generals. The enemy L pontoons and boats were insufficient to get hi.i troops across. the river befoie we closed in on them. Later a. storm flooded the country; filling the trenches with water.
