At 9 o’clock, tips morning the barometer registered 30.02 inches, and the thermometer -66 degrees. The rainfall last month was 3.60 in. on nine days, as compared with 8.21 on twelve days in ' Rain has fallen on eight days this month, the total being 10.40 in. WEATHER REPORT. Oreymouth.—-Wind, east, strong breeze; barometer, 50-02; thermometer 65 ; tides, moderate; bar, moderate swell, THE WEATHER. The indications are for easterly winds, moderate to strong and backing by. east to north, with increasing haze and cloudiness for ,a change. Barometer unsteady, a Tides and sea moderate.
