REPORT FOR JUNE, 1915,

The mine manager’s report is as follows ;

No. 9 Level.-—The drive towards the shaft has been produced 34ft. A crosscut Bft put into the hanging wall and a rise of 13ft. We struck stone In the latter; there is about 6ft of stone on foot-wall, and a splice oi stone in tho hanging wall, not yet broken into. We will slope from here now. .South line north lias been prxluced 49ft. It has not exposed much of any importance.

Sloping has been carried on over No. 2 intermediate. The winze below the intermediate has been sunk 34ft. Total depth 46ft, on stone from one to three feet wide.

We are also taking out stone below No. 8 level in one place ; it is very flat. No. 8 Level.-—We have opened out on stone below No. 7 level. The stone is from 2ft to 7ft wide.

Battery Returns—B97 tons quartz were sent, to the battery for a return of 1270 z 13dwts melted gold from battery and 59ozs 18dwts from cyanide; total 18Tozs lldwts, valued at £733 19s sd, and proceeds of concentrates £T74. making a total of £llO7 19s sd.
