FOOTBALL.
INANGAHUA FOOTBALL CLUB
A meeting of the above was held at the Fire Brigade Hall. Reefton, on Thursday evening, there being si good attendance. The election of officers resulted as follows :
President: Mr J. Noble. Hon. Secretary and Treasurer: Mr J Powlev.
Committee: Messrs S- • Suthprlfliid, L. Pedrazzi, T. Irving, J. Builey, R. Kirwin, M. Banks, W. F. Tapp, F. Orpwood, C. Topp. Club's coach : Mr T. Irving. Captain : Mr D. Heslop. Vice-Captain : Mr S. Sutherland. Delegate to W.C.R.U. : Mr J. Wilson. A large number of Vice-Presidents were nominated, and it was resolved to publish their names when their consent to occupy the position is obtained. The appointment of a Selection Committee was adjourned. A deputation was appointed to wait on the R.J.C. in regard to football ground arrangements.
Tickets were ordered to be issued to admit holders to all matches.-.
It was decided to play a Town v. Country match on the 4th inst., and tako up a collection on the ground in aid of local wounded soldiers.
The meeting adjourned till Wednesday next, at 7 p.m.
