THE ADDiNGTON MARKETS. YESTERDAY'S LIVE STOCK SALES (Per United Press Association.) " CHRISTCHURCH,"June 30. At the Addington Live Stock Market the entries of stock, were generally smaller than last week, there was a fair attendance. Stole sheep gold well, especially hoggets. Fat lambs and fat sheep were firmer. Fat cattle were decidedly easier. Store Sheep—Fair conditioned four and six-tooth ewes 14s 8d to 17s 7d, low-conditioned four and six-tooth ewes 12s 6d'to 14s 4d, aged ewes (in lamb) 7s 6d to 8s 3d, forward four and six-tooth wethers 20s to 21s 3d, forward two-tooth wethers 17s Id to 20s Id, ordinary two-tooth wethers 14s 3d to 16s> good ewe hoggets 16s to 16s lid, medium ewe hoggets' 14s to 14s 9d, fairly forward hoggets 13s 4d to 14s sd, ordinary hoggets lis Id to 12s, inferior hoggets 6s 3d to 6s od, shorn hoggets 9s 2d.
Fat Lambs. —Prim.e lambs 18s to 245, 9d, medium 14s 6d to 17s fid, light and unfinished 8s to 14s.
Fat Sheep. —Extra prime wethers to 28s, prime wethers 21s' to 26s 3d, others 18s to 20s 6d, merino wethers 14s 6d to 18s 6d, extra prime ewes to 335, prime ewes 18s 6d to 25s 6d, medium ewes 15s to 18s, inferior ewes 10s 6d to 14s 6d.
Fat Cattle.—Extra steers to £l6 ss. ordinary steers £8 to £ll, ordinary heifers £6 10s to £9, ordinary cows £5 17s 6d to £9 18s. The price of beef per 1001 b was 21s to 36s per 1001 b. Extra to 395.
Store Cattle.—Two-year steers £3 3s to £6 12s 6d, two-and-a-half-year steers £5 2s 6d to £5 ss, two-year heifers £3 12s.fid, three-year heifers £3 12s fid, three-year sheers £6 s to £7 12s fid, three-year heifers £5 ss, dry cows £3 6s to £5 17s 6d, dairy cows £3 10s to £l2 17s fid.
Pigs.—Choppers GOs to 115 s, extra heavy baconers to 78s, heavy baconera 70s to 755, light baconers 55s to 655. The price per lb was s'i to (3d, heavy porkers 35s to 425, light porkers 28s to 335. The price per lb 5Ad to s|d.
Store Pigs. —Medium sorts 22s to 30s, small stores 12 a to 21s, weaners 6s to los. '
