THE 13TH REGIMENT
KING'S BIRTHDAY PARADE. Parades of territorials and senior cadets will be held at all centres on Wednesday next (King's Birthday), June 3rd. The time to fall in is 8.15 a.m., royal salute at 9 a.m.. and dismiss at 9.45. The parade will count as a whole day, is compulsory, and absentees without leave are to be prosecuted. Th e following messages are to be read to all troops on parade:— . "Captain Brown, Greymouth.—l wish to congratulate you on the excellent work done by the Wekt Coast territorials and on the good appearance of the West toast cadets on parade, also on their good marching and the excellent arrangements for crossing the Otira. Please convey this message to all concerned.—General Godley." "Major Austin, Greymouth.—Congratulations to all ranks on the march of the dauntless West Coasters. In your orders please tell troops how proud I feel of all -ranks for their fine conduct and performance during camp.—Lieut.-Col. Richardson."
