ALLEGED ATTEMPTED MURDER. BY TELEOiiAPH—PEE PBESS ASSOCIATION AUCKLAND, May 26. The charge made against William Tyman of attempting to murder his child by cutting her throat with a razor will be heard on Monday before Mr Page, S.M. The rase was called at. the Police Court before Mr Fraser, when Senior Serjeant Rutledge explained that it had been partly heard before Mr Page, who would be back in Auckland on Monday. A remand was made accord ingiyEvelyn Tyman is still lying at the hospital in a very serious condition. Reports from ' the hospital stated that her condition was somewhat lower than on the previous- day.
