SENTENCED FOR CONSPIRACY. SEOUL, October 8.-—The case of Baron Inehiko and live others him been finally settled by the confirmation of heavy sentences of imprisonment imposed on them. Baron Inehiko, who is ex-Presideht of the Privy Council and President of the Young Men's Christian Association, was sentenced some time ago to ten years’ imprisonment for conspiracy against Count Terauchi. The sentence was subsequently reduced to six vears.

BOILER EXPLOSION. TOKTO. October 10.—A boiler explosion cut the destroyer Katsiiki in twain, off .Aomari. Two men were killed and sixteen injured.
