LONDON, Juno 18. ! The Imperial Trade Commission discussed the memoranda which is to be i distributed in the United Kingdom and ' throughout the dominions putting cerItain questions. New Zealand was not represented. Mr. Campbell, in an interview, denied that he stated in Australia that Imperial tariff union would certainly ■ be brought before the Commission. The Morning Post hints that there is marked difference of opinion among the members as to whether the terms of reference should authorise the Com- ( mission to deal with preferential tariffs between the dominions. j
