THE RECIPROCAL TREATY.
[PBB PRESS ASSOCIATION —COPYRIGHT.] OPPOSITION POLICY OF OBSTRUCTION. OTTAWA, March, 22. It is thought that the Dominion Parliament will probably shelve the Reciprocity Bill debate in order to allow the House to pass supply before the 31st of March.
The Opposition proposes to obstruct the Government, with the hope that if successful in preventing the passing of supply, an appeal to the country may be necessary.
