LONDON, March 21.—A deputation from various churches, headed by the Archbishop of Canterbury, presented King George with an address and Bible on the occasion of the Tercentenary of the authorised version. King George, in replying, expressed pleasure at ' the celebration, saying that the labours of the translators deserved lasting honour. For three centuries the multiplying millions of English speaking people had turned, when in need, to the authorised version and he hoped his subjects would increase and cherish their noble inheritance.
