HOSPITAL AND CHARITABLE AID
GREY EXECUTIVE’S MEETING
A meeting of the Executive of the Grey Hospital and Charitable Aid Board, held this afternoon, was attended by Messrs Bignell, Beirne, Gieseking, Sheedy, McCarthy and Campbell. Mr Bignell in the absence of Mr Hannan was voted to the Chair. The Chairman said that the only -business was to consider the tenders for painting the Hospital building. The following tenders were received :
Messrs Mclntosh and Chunn’s tender (£l4 ss) for the roof was accepted and that of J. Fass (£55) was accepted for the exterior walls, the two tenders in the aggregate being cheaper than that of Mclntosh and Ghunn’s tender of £7B for ,the whole work. The meeting then closed.
