The balance sheet, showing a credit balance of JJ4 17s Id, was adopted. Four new clubs were admitted to the Association, these beiiig_l.o.(i.T. (Greymouth), Mawhera, Grevmouth Young Men's and Ross.
A hearty vote of thanks was passed to the donor of the "Mawhera" Cup. It was decided to recommend the Executive to favorably consider the removal of the disqualification of the Hokitika Wednesday players. It was decided to form a Referees' Association, the formation of which was left in the hands of Mr W. E. Finney. A vote of thanks to the chair terminated an enthusiastic meeting.
