The Prime Minister, who arrived hero this morning, stales., that Mr. W, C. Kensington (Under-Secretary for Lands), Mr. J. Sjra'uphop (Chief Suivyypv, AVelliiigton), ami Colonel 11. I). Tiison (member of the Defence' Council) Jmvo been appointed a Commission to go through both Inlands and make a selection of training grounds (one for oaclclshlnd) required for the training of tho Tomtorials. Training groundsare required independently of recom mendations made by Lord Kitchener in connection with the area system.
