SYDNEY, March 30.—The President of tlie Licensed victuallers, in addressing the annual conference, stated that prohibition had wiped out happiness and comfort in Canada and New Zealand. In the latter country the tourist traffic had fallen off by 60 per cent. Tourists could not have fun whe nthey could not get liquor. MYSTERIOUS EXPLOSION. SYDNEY, March 30.—A bakery at Broken Hill was wrecked by a mysterious explosion. Wright, the proprietor, and his sou were severely injured.
