RESULT OF TRUST OPERATIONS. [PER PRESS ASSOCIATION —COPYRIGHT.] WASHINGTON, March 29. Tho meat boycott in the United States is ending in higher prices than at the outset. The Secretary for Agriculture declares that the increase in the production of foodstuffs does not keep pace with tho increase in population. NEW YORK, March 29. The Interstate Commerce Commission ordered a reduction of 23 cents and 211, cents per cwt. on the freightrates of flour coming from Minneapolis to New York. Twenty-threo railroads are affected.
